Please advise the product materials, artwork design, Circuit principle, size and embossing or not ? it would be more better to have your detail drawing or sample . Customized product will be welcome.

Yes, Customer pay the shipping cost, we can provide free sample to check the colors, surface, materials,construction and function, but customized product needed to pay the tooling cost.

1. we will send the tracking No to customer once we arrange the shipment. Both of customer and we will know the shipment status.

2. If there is any complaint to the product, Only provide a picture for us double-check. We will check the shipment sample in our house to find the cause and get the Solution to the customer within 3 days.

3. We can provide free replacement and take responsibility for the shipping cost if the mistake was made by us.

Shipping by: UPS/FEDEX/DHL/TNT Or customer's request ways, More and more customers would like us to pay the shipping cost in advance because we can get cheaper shipping cost from our forwarder.

Delivery date: 10-12 working days for sample, 15-20 working days for production.
