4. Production: After sample confirmation, it will take two weeks to finish order(sooner or longer depending on the order quantity).

5. Shipping: We can send products by Fed-ex, UPS, DHL, TNT or another shipping agent you recommend and then will send you a tracking number for your reference.

6. After-sale: Please let us know if any problems you meet with our product and we will investigate to find the root cause or support you to solve it.
