Yesterday, we welcomed a valued German client who provides after‑sales maintenance services for Siemens electrical equipment. Membrane switches are critical spare parts for their repair business.
Previously, the client purchased membrane switch components from local suppliers in Germany. Later, they discovered that many of those locally sourced membrane switches were originally manufactured in China. For this reason, they arranged an on‑site visit to our factory to learn about our production capabilities.
During the tour, we presented a wide range of membrane switch models we export across Europe and America. Our team walked the guests through the full production line, explaining the manufacturing processes as well as quality inspection and testing procedures for each product.
