What Are the Main Aspects of Film Switch Quality Inspection

The quality inspection of standard membrane switches is a very important task. The establishment of a complete quality assurance system is the top priority for a successful membrane switch company. In the quality inspection work of standard membrane switches. In addition to paying attention to the color rendering of the ink and the color reproducibility required by customers, more importantly, it is necessary to pay attention to the intrinsic quality of the membrane switch, such as key operation force, life span, peel strength, and high and low temperature. , Constant temperature damp heat and return line electrical cathode, insulation electrical cathode, withstand voltage and other testing indicators.

1. Standard membrane switch testing technical requirements

Appearance quality inclusions, stain inclusions, less than 2/dm². Inclusions, the length of the stain is not more than 1MM. No accumulation is allowed, at least 50MM scratches apart; scratches less than 1/dm², the length of the scratch is not more than 20MM, and the depth and width are not more than 50um; scratches with a depth of not more than 1um are allowed.

2. Color

The color of the same batch of products should have no obvious difference, and the color printing layer should have sufficient hiding power, and the color and structure below can not be seen clearly by the reflected light; when printing the transparent ink layer, the double-color overlap should not exceed 1mm, so The color deviation caused is allowed; the edges of printed characters and color blocks are not clearer than 0.15mm.

3. Size

The size of the standard membrane switch should meet the requirements. The parallelism and perpendicularity of the two adjacent sides of the membrane switch should meet the regulations. The center distance between adjacent wires at the end of the lead band is generally 2.54mm.

4. Peel strength

The peel strength of each adhesive layer of the standard membrane switch should not be less than 8N/25mm.
